What is the IlluminateHer membership?
A membership community for women in the startup and early-growth stages of business — whether you’re still circling the idea that won’t leave you alone, or you’re already in it and find yourself wondering if you’re in the right group, doing the right things, heading in the right direction.
I started this to help women navigate the early years of starting something. Through fortnightly practical sessions that take you step by step on the journey, and backed by a community who gets it — you’re not alone. You’ll be equipped with a roadmap, real guidance, and a network of women who lead with values as much as vision. This is meant to be the starting point and for those requiring more supported time either 1-1 or through a the GrowWell Business™ Cohort (coming soon) this is also available as an additional investment.
Is this just for women in start up business?
Women can join at any stage of business but there will be a focus on start up and key stages of a business growing. If you have started a business and struggling then yes this is definitely for you still!
When can I use my coaching sessions?
If you have chosen VIP packages with 1-1 coaching sessions these can be booked through the year directly on the calendar at the website.
Is it all online and for different timezones?
Yes sessions will be online for the duration and recorded. It will be in Australia timezone which is evenings in USA. As the membership expands I will also look at a UK/Europe time zone friendly e.g. mornings UK time.
Is there a business program linked to this?
The GrowWell Journey™ is a separate 9-month program created for those specifically in the early stages of Business (starting August 2026). It is a place to create, launch and build your dream idea. This runs alongside IlluminateHer so you have a community and place beyond the program.
